Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you'll love everything you ordered from xzoraoutfit.com. But if you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange it within 3 days from the delivered date.
  • Note: We aren't able to accept returns or exchanges unless they have been authorized by our Customer Service team at contact@xzoraoutfit.com. We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first. If you want to return or exchange, please contact us to provide your Order Number and state the reason. After receiving your email with the exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return. We're sorry you didn't love your order from xzoraoutfit.com. Read the instructions below to learn more about returns or exchanges.

Order Cancellation

  • For orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer a full refund. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped. Please apply for a return after receiving the package. Generally, you will receive a refund within 5 to 15 business days. (If no refund is received within 30 days, please contact us via email.)

For Exchange Requests

  • If you notice any issues with the size or any other problem with the product, please check the item while the delivery man is still present. If you wish to proceed with the exchange, return the product to the delivery man along with the delivery charge. This will allow us to send the exchanged product to you promptly. In this case, you will need to pay the delivery charge for the second delivery.

For Product Returns

  • If you wish to return the product, please check it while the delivery man is still present. You can then return the product to the delivery man along with the delivery charge.
  • Note: All return/exchange items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and with all the original labels attached in the original packaging.
